A message from the CEO:

Hey everyone -

I’m Randy - Owner & CEO of EE.

If you haven’t heard - we’re holding a virtual event on January 21, 2022 to celebrate the “Rebirth” of Experts Exchange.

You’re probably asking - what does “Rebirth” mean? Is it just a rebrand? Well yes - we’re changing our logo - but it’s so much more than that.

Rebirth is a recommitment to the core value of EE: being the home of the best technology community in the world. We’re updating our brand, product, and mindset to better reflect that recommitment.

Since I bought EE in 2001 - EE has seen a lot of change. Competition and internal company distraction turned us into an imitator; we tried for years to be something we’re not. Despite this, our community remained unified and committed to each other. For that, I am grateful.

Rebirth means honoring that commitment by doing what we should have done all along: putting community first.  EE isn’t a technology service with a great community. EE is a community of technology professionals.

As a member - we’d love it if you attended virtual event. We’ll be discussing the rebirth mindset in more detail, showing off our new logos, and sharing plans for some major product updates in the coming months.  You won’t want to miss out.

In 1996, technology professionals began to gather on Experts Exchange (EE). They came to share knowledge and help each other succeed, and thus became the original technology community™.
