We’re very excited to announce our ReConnect initiative - our new in-person events program designed to bring our community together in new ways.
Through the ReConnect program, we’re sponsoring different EE members to attend tech conferences in 2023 so they can learn and connect with the wider technology community.
How the program works

Get notified if you’re selected & create your personalized package.
Representative requirements
Must be an active EE Member
Willing to share learnings with the EE Community through video, article, and interview format
Able to wear free EE swag including t-shirts, hats, and more.
Capable of representing the community in a professional manner
Willing to share EE with other conference attendees
Open to partnering with EE to host a meetup at the conference
Multiple sponsorship options for increased flexibility
Sponsorship packages will be determined based on the needs of each representative and could take the form of a travel voucher, conference ticket reimbursement, or other financial support.

Frequently Asked Questions
Sponsorship packages are personalized to each applicant. Applicants will work with the EE team and will be offered a personalized financial sponsorship depending on the conference. Every package includes an EE swag pack.
Conference attendees will have the opportunity to talk to the EE team before the conference to fully understand what's expected. This includes posting on social media during the conference, sharing EE with other conference attendees, wearing EE swag, and creating other content to share your experience and learnings from the conference.
Check out the list of EE's preferred conferences above! You can apply for any technology conference, but our preferred conferences will take priority.
You may submit applications for multiple different conferences.
It depends on the conference! Not all conferences will have an EE meetup.
